If you are using JPO on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization.

1. About JPO

JPO provides a digital platform for participating schools to manage activities associated with Junior Pratibha Olympiad examinations.

Services may include:

• School registration
• Student management
• Examination registration
• Payment processing
• Marks management
• Results
• Reports
• Notifications
• Administrative services

2. School Accounts

Schools are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access
• Providing accurate student information
• Ensuring authorized personnel use the account

Schools must immediately notify JPO if they believe their account has been compromised.

3. Student Information

Schools are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authority to submit student information to JPO.

Schools must not knowingly submit:

• False information
• Unauthorized personal information
• Malicious content
• Information unrelated to examination administration

Schools are responsible for correcting inaccurate information they submit.

4. Examination Registration

Registration is subject to:

• Applicable examination rules
• Registration deadlines
• Eligibility requirements
• Availability
• Applicable fees

JPO may reject or cancel a registration where information is inaccurate, eligibility requirements are not met, payment is unsuccessful, or fraud/misuse is suspected.

5. Fees and Payments

Applicable examination or registration fees will be displayed before payment.

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized payment provider.

JPO does not control the operation of third-party payment networks.

A payment is considered successfully received by JPO only after the payment has been verified through the applicable payment system.

6. Results

Results are generated based on information entered and verified through the JPO examination process.

JPO may correct administrative or technical errors where necessary.

Published results may be subject to the applicable examination rules and result-verification procedures.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent security controls
• Access another school's information
• Manipulate examination records
• Submit fraudulent information
• Abuse payment systems
• Reverse-engineer restricted portions of the platform
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Interfere with platform availability
• Use JPO for unlawful purposes

8. Account Suspension

JPO may suspend or restrict an account where necessary because of:

• Fraud
• Security concerns
• Misuse
• Violation of these Terms
• False information
• Unauthorized activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Where reasonably possible, affected users may be informed of the reason for suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

The JPO platform, including its:

• Software
• Branding
• Logos
• Designs
• Content
• Interfaces
• Documentation

is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit JPO intellectual property without authorization.

10. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary interruption may occur because of:

• Maintenance
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party provider failures
• Network problems
• Security incidents
• Events beyond our reasonable control

11. Third-Party Services

JPO may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure providers.

Their services may be subject to separate terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JPO shall not be responsible for losses resulting from:

• Incorrect information submitted by users
• Unauthorized use of user credentials
• Third-party service interruptions
• Internet/network failures
• Events beyond reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to Services

JPO may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

Material changes to these Terms may be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
